Video: Ruf Rt35 Hitting 192mph on German Autobahn

The German Autobahn's are a wonderful place. Not only are the seemingly-never ending labyrinth of highways some of the safest in the world, a high percentage are actually free of any speed limits meaning drivers can push the limits of their supercars without the threat of being pulled over and chased by local police forces.

Consequently, there are a selection of videos circulating online of brave supercar owners reaching upwards of 200mph on the public roads, with the following being one of the best examples. It involves one Ruf Rt35, one driver, one passenger and open roads allowing the car to reach a top speed of 192 mph!

This particular Ruf Rt35 is the first example of just 35 to be produced, and features a 3.8-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder engine producing 630hp and over 800Nm of torque. As a result, the car can sprint to 100km/h in 3 seconds, reach 200km/h in just 9 seconds and a top speed approaching 200mph.
