RCZ R concept previews next year's production model.

At Peugeot’s stand this year we will get to see not only the facelifted RCZ but also a hotter concept version of the sleek coupe. The RCZ R concept is a preview of a sportier version that will be launched towards the end of next year.

It will be motivated by a 1.6-liter THP engine with 260 HP (191 kW) that will make this car the most powerful production model in all Peugeot’s history. It will get a custom suspension and a Torsen limited slip differential, while CO2 emissions will be of 155 g/km.

Peugeot said that both the exterior and interior of the RCZ R will be different in order to distinguish the hotter model from the standard version of the coupe.

Expect more details during the Paris Motor Show that starts at the end of the month.
