The Hennessey VR1200 Twin Turbo Coupe is a tough act to follow with its 1,226 HP and smooth Cadillac CTS-V base, but Hennessey has followed it up with a tamer tuning package based on the Mercedes CLS63 AMG. This package "only" - compared to the VR1200 - develops a total of 700 HP (up from the car’s standard 518 HP), but it is said to carry a "Earthy" feel.

The new HPE700 package will include an HPE air induction system modification, an HPE engine management calibration, an HPE stainless steel X-pipe exhaust modification, and an HPE engine management calibration. These items will be professionally installed and will also come with a three year warranty. Next to these updates, the HPE700 package also adds a new set of wheels, suspension upgrades, and a carbon fiber trim trim for any customers interested.
