Debuts on April 4
Datsun has released a teaser sketch for its upcoming model specifically designed for the Russian market.
Nissan decided to resurrect Datsun for emerging markets and now they are about to introduce a compact budget sedan for Russia. From this teaser sketch we notice the car will take cues from the GO and GO+ and we should remind you an undisguised prototype was spotted towards the end of January so the vehicle holds no surprises in terms of design.
It is believed Datsun's small sedan will use the same platform as the Lada Kalina and will have a starting price of 468,000 rubles (about 13,000 USD). We will know more on April 4th when the car will be fully revealed, with sales probably commencing in the second half of the year.
