Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG Edition 1 announced [video]

Available for 12 months

Mercedes-Benz will be offering in the following twelve months the A45 AMG Edition 1 which brings more equipment for less money.

Just like the CLA Edition 1, Mercedes-Benz is selling a similar version of the A45 AMG which comes with Cirrus White paint with matt graphite grey stripes on the hood, sides and roof. The vehicle also packs the Aerodynamics package which brings a bigger front splitter, extra flics on the front apron and a rear wing.

Red accent paint can be seen on the brake calipers, front grille, mirrors and rear wing, while the car sits on 19-inch black alloys featuring a red center cap and wrapped around in 235/35 R19 rubbers. No changes under the hood as the vehicle gets the same 2.0-liter turbo engine with 360 HP (265 kW) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) of torque.

The interior cabin boasts a black and red theme with AMG Performance seats, Nappa leather-wrapped steering wheel, embossed "AMG" emblem on the SELECT lever and also an "Edition 1" badge on the AMG DRIVE UNIT. Many of the individualization options offered for the standard A45 AMG are available for the Edition 1 variant.
