Additional images allegedly depicting the 2014 Honda Fit / Jazz have been posted by Car and Driver Brasil. These seem to be taken from the same Japanese brochure.
The wheelbase of the new model has been extended by 8 cm (3.1 inches) and the car has an overall length of 3.96 meters (155.9 inches). As a result of the increased wheelbase, the new model offers an extra 65mm of rear legroom.
Honda plans on selling a Fit RS version in Japan which will be powered by a 1.5-liter i-VTEC engine, while the outdated five-speed automatic gearbox will be replaced by a CVT. There is also going to be a hybrid version but details are not available at this moment.
The all-new Honda Fit / Jazz will be revealed in November at the Tokyo Motor Show. Pricing should remain just about the same.
