Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo
Featuring several cosmetic tweaks
Skoda has added the Monte Carlo trim to its Fabia lineup and they will bring it to next month’s 85th edition of the Geneva Motor Show.
Skoda’s stand in Geneva is going to be packed this year as aside from the all-new Superb and the Octavia RS 230, Volkswagen’s Czech division will also showcase the Fabia hatchback and Combi in the more appealing Monte Carlo trim. It brings a variety of cosmetic tweaks both inside and out along with an optional sports suspension.
Noticeable are the black 16- and 17-inch alloy wheels specific to Monte Carlo models, along with tinted windows (including panoramic glass roof) and black body accents such as the side mirrors, side skirts and for the lower sections of the front and rear bumpers. As a final touch to the exterior, the blackened B pillar is adorned with the Monte Carlo badge.
Stepping inside the cabin, Skoda has installed a three-spoke sports steering wheel wrapped around in leather, sports seats with a unique design and there’s also a new black theme exclusive to the Monte Carlo version.
The Fabia Monte Carlo will be on display starting March 3 at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
