On-board video with Ferrari F12 Berlinetta reaching 300 km/h on Autobahn in Germany

Because it's legal

A white Ferrari F12 Berlinetta was legally driven on the German Autobahn at speeds of up to 186 mph (300 km/h).

Earlier this week we saw a 2014 Corvette Stingray doing 300 km/h on an unrestricted highway in German and today we bring on-board footage with a F12 Berlinetta reaching the same magical 300 km/h mark. Taking into account the massive technical (and pricing) differences between the two, it shouldn't come as a surprise the F12 Berlinetta reaches 300 km/h a lot easier than the Corvette.

Introduced as a replacement for the 599 GTB Fiorano, the F12 Berlinetta is motivated by a 6.2-liter V12 engine developing 740 HP (544 kW) and 590 lb-ft (690 Nm) of torque. It needs just 3.1 seconds to get from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) on its way to a top speed beyond 211 mph (340 km/h).
