Features a new front fascia to comply with pedestrian impact safety laws
The 2014 Mercedes Viano has been caught in the wild wearing a production body.
Looking far more substantial than its predecessor, the redesigned model has an enlarged front fascia with a taller hood that will enable it to comply with stricter pedestrian safety laws. We can also see a massive grille which is flanked by upward sweeping headlights. Further back, the model appears to have evolutionary design with a sloping roofline and a familiar character line.
Engine options will likely include the usual suspects, so expect a variety of BlueEfficiency diesels. There have also been rumors about plug-in hybrid and EV variants, but nothing is concrete at the moment.
